MGAPS is a two-year graduate program that aims at providing a practice-oriented and research- based graduate educational experience that should support the development of the public sector in Palestine. This program intends to, systematically and gradually, provide guidance and knowledge to interested current personnel at public offices and create new human capital. This program is needed to create the foundations of the emerging state of Palestine.
MGAPS is multidisciplinary, part-time program that has a 24-month schedule covering two academic years; the first year is divided into a fall, a spring and a summer semester, while the second semester is divided into a fall and a spring semester. The program is designed to be of a part-time nature, this will help targeting current public officers at all levels. Thus, the program is offered over two full days per week, Fridays and Saturdays. This will allow the participants continue undertaking the full load of their work activities while attending the program simultaneously.
There are two basic requirements for acceptance at the program: first, a recognized bachelor degree in a related topic with a minimum of 2.5 GPA (75%). Second, fluency in English, where each non-native English student has to take the TOEIC exam and score minimum 70%.
