The Master’s program in Governance and Administration in the Public Sector (MGAPS) focuses on developing the public sector and governmental agencies, enhancing cooperation between governmental, non-governmental agencies as well as the private sector.
MGAPS is a two-year graduate program that aims at providing a practice-oriented and research-based graduate educational experience that should support the development of the public sector in Palestine. This program is to, systematically and gradually, provide guidance and knowledge to interested current personnel at public agencies and create new human capital that is needed to create the foundations of the emerging state of Palestine.
