Students majoring in Accounting are provided the opportunity to earn a minor in a discipline other than their major field.A student may take a minor program consisting of 24 credit hours offered by the Business Department (other than Marketing) as well as a minor in Finance offered by the accounting department.A student may also take a minor in computer sciences, translation or social sciences.
The university requirements for all business students total 34 credit hours instead of 40. The Mathematics requirement (MATH 111) is met by BUSM 101 and the Economics requirement (ECON 300) is met by ECON 101 OR 102.
