  3. Elaborate development projects according to the needs of specific target groups.

  4. Submit proposals to different donors for financing.

  5. Manage planned activities.

  6. Monitor their impact on beneficiaries.

  7. Analyze the feasibility of further initiatives.

  8. Report on the various projects implemented.
